Return Policy


No matter what the return issue is, you must call deMarks Music's customer service, at 800/399-2394 between 9 - 5 PM, Monday through Friday, EST before any returns will be honored. You must obtain a return code before you return any CD(s).


When you call, and after you explain what the problem is, you will receive a return code to put on the package. USPS may be used for the return.

Any item found to have a manufacturing defect will be replaced at no charge, shipping or otherwise, to our customers for up to 21 days after date of purchase.

 
PLEASE NOTE: All non-authorized returns will be refused and we do not offer refunds on CDs, only replacement of defective CDs.

 Problems with CD Download:

We do not offer refunds on purchased downloads. If you are unable to download a CD after purchase, please call demarks Music's Customer Service, leave your order number and your e-mail address. We will e-mail you a direct link to download the CD.
